WDF's PCD non-standard reamers are custom-made to the specific requirements of your job, primarily for drilling high-precision, hard materials. These tools are constructed from a carbide or steel base, with a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) insert welded to the cutting edge. Because the PCD insert is welded directly to the carbide base, the cutter head and base are seamlessly connected, preventing chips from becoming lodged.

This makes this reamer incredibly powerful: high precision, exceptional wear resistance, excellent heat dissipation, and resistant to chipping. If you're worried about chip entanglement, we can also custom-design chipbreakers to ensure smooth high-speed cutting of hard materials. Compared to ordinary carbide reamers, it offers a significantly longer lifespan, lasting 10 to 20 times longer, and produces smoother surfaces.
