Geometry

CNC Collet Chucks

Structure

High-strength alloy steel + elastic collet + locking nut

Type

Tool holding tools (for quick clamping and fixing of CNC machine tool tools)

Material

Handle body: chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, 40Cr, etc.; elastic collet: 65Mn spring steel, stainless steel; the surface is often hard chrome plated or blackened to prevent rust

Processing Material

Suitable for general-purpose tools such as milling cutters, drills, reamers, taps, etc., used for cutting processing on CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, engraving machines, etc.

Other Characteristics

Flexible clamping range and high assembly and disassembly efficiency; radial runout accuracy ≤ 0.01mm, meeting IT7-IT8 level processing requirements; simple and reliable structure, low maintenance cost; some with cooling channels, can achieve internal cooling cutting, improving processing efficiency.

Diameter

Collet compatible tool diameter: minimum Φ1mm, maximum Φ20mm (common ER11/ER16/ER20 series); tool handle body diameter: minimum Φ16mm (ER11), maximum Φ50mm (ER32)

Length

Minimum value 50mm (short handle compact type), maximum value 180mm (standard extended type, extended type of 200mm or more can be customized on demand)

Product Advantages

WDF's collet toolholders have become the preferred choice for many users due to their numerous advantages. These toolholders offer exceptional versatility, accommodating a wide range of tool sizes, from small to large, greatly enhancing their suitability for diverse machining applications. This undoubtedly saves significant time and cost for production lines that frequently change tools.

Our collet toolholders offer exceptionally fast tool changes and are easy to operate, significantly improving machining efficiency. Rapid tool changes not only reduce downtime but also increase overall productivity, helping companies maintain their competitiveness in high-intensity production tasks.

The cost-effectiveness of our toolholders is also a major draw. They offer reasonable pricing without compromising performance, meeting high-precision machining requirements while maintaining a low cost of ownership, making them particularly suitable for cost-conscious companies.

These toolholders are extremely easy to install and compatible with most equipment, eliminating the need for complex installation procedures. Users can quickly put them into operation, reducing the hassle of equipment adjustments.
