Ultra-Precision CNC Drilling
Using multi-axis CNC equipment and combining state-of-the-art precision tooling technology, we ensure the ultimate concentricity and perpendicularity of all oil passages and valve core mounting holes. PCD tools aid internal bore polishing: In machining critical oil channels and valve seats, our Wangdefu factory leverages PCD tooling technology from automotive motor housing projects to minimize internal surface roughness (extremely low Ra values), reducing fluid resistance and enabling faster and more precise brake fluid response.
Wangdefu's PCD CNC tools are used by Volvo and NIO. When manufacturing ABS valve bodies, we also adhere to automotive-grade precision standards, achieving negligible tolerances.
Understanding cars and robots: In addition to automotive ABS systems, we also develop bionic humanoid robot prototypes. We understand the demands of valve bodies under bumpy road conditions and high-frequency robot operation, ensuring their durability and stability are maximized in advance.

The inner surface of the flow channel undergoes multiple polishing and deburring processes to achieve a near-mirror finish. This makes it ideal for brake systems requiring stringent cleanliness requirements.
We use high-quality alloys (customizable upon request) to manufacture valve bodies that are exceptionally corrosion-resistant. Professional heat treatment further enhances the material's fatigue resistance and dimensional stability.
